To operate and secure the OmniBot platform (the "Service"), we collect and process: • Account information — email addresses and authentication identifiers provided during registration. • Service usage data — your prompts, conversational data, generated media, credit balances, and transaction histories. • Technical information — basic server logs, IP addresses, and telemetry needed to secure, maintain, and monitor the Service.
2. How we use your data
We use your personal information strictly for the following operational purposes: • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service. • To route your prompts to your selected AI models. • To calculate credit consumption, process billing, and manage your account. • To detect, prevent, and mitigate abuse, fraud, or technical issues. • To provide customer support.
3. Third-party processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share the minimum necessary information with trusted third-party sub-processors: • Google (Firebase) — secure authentication, database hosting, and storage. • OpenRouter — routing prompts to the designated AI models. • Lemon Squeezy — secure payment processing and merchant-of-record services. Each processor operates strictly under its respective Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
4. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy. Transactional and purchase records may be retained for a longer period as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU and UK under the GDPR, and applicable US state laws), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, export your data in a portable format, and request deletion of your data. You may delete your account and its associated data at any time from your account settings panel.
