Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, registering an account, or otherwise using OmniBot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
2. Account responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide a valid email address and represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Credits and payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each account receives a recurring complimentary credit allowance. Additional credits may be purchased as one-time packs via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Credits hold no monetary cash value and are consumed dynamically based on the specific AI models utilised. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service: • To generate, distribute, or promote unlawful, harmful, or legally infringing content. • To artificially bypass, exploit, or abuse rate limits, credit tracking, or security protocols. • To commercially resell access to the Service without explicit authorisation. Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
5. Content ownership and licensing
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit to the Service. Subject to the licensing terms of the underlying AI model providers, you are granted rights to the generated outputs. You remain strictly liable for how you utilise, publish, or distribute these outputs. Operations are subject to the terms of the third-party model providers.
6. Refund policy
Purchases of credit packs may be refunded strictly at our sole discretion. Upon issuance of a refund, the corresponding credits will be permanently deducted from your account balance. Credits that have already been consumed through platform usage are non-refundable.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs; you are required to independently verify all information before relying upon it. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmniBot's aggregate liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications and termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
